Project Information

Originally constructed in 1842, the two Georgian-terraced buildings at 105-109 King Street East total 10,800 square feet of retail and office space across three storeys. This property is among the oldest in the historic Town of York, miraculously surviving the “Great Fire” of 1849. Additionally, the buildings have witnessed many firsts in Toronto including city sidewalks, gas street lights, and the electric streetcar.

Located across from St. James Cathedral and the Victorian gardens of St. James Park, 105-109 King Street East reflects the mid-19th century character of the St. Lawrence neighbourhood.
