Project Information
A partnership between Woodcliffe and Mod Developments, Waterworks Residences was designed by renowned architectural firm Diamond Schmitt as a distinguished structure with remarkable historic preservation. The redevelopment thoughtfully integrates portions of a former industrial complex, originally constructed in 1932. The project encompasses 297 suites including 15 affordable suites, an extensive rooftop terrace, a state-of-the-art YMCA, and a European-style food hall. Waterworks Residences is a testament to Woodcliffe’s unwavering commitment to enhancing landmark properties.
Woodcliffe meticulously designed suite layouts for Waterworks Residences, offering over 100 unique floorplans for 297 suites. The homes feature oversized balconies and terraces, dropped ceilings with pot lights, and built-in closet systems and bathroom cabinetry. The kitchens, complete with highly functional and premium finishes, including pantries, islands, and built-in storage, embody Woodcliffe’s commitment to best-in-class design.
